PleaseSave the word "please" for when you're asking the user to do something inconvenient or an extra effort, or in situations where our product is to blame. In calls-to-action, try to explain why the user should do something rather than saying please. E.g. "Please sign up for updates" can be "Sign up to get the latest updates"Your device is offline.
